As you enter the main floor, you are greeted by a majestic foyer and magnificent ocean views everywhere you turn. The main floor has an open floor plan with a two story great room, dining area and full kitchen. The great room has a 60 inch projection television, built-in cabinetry, marble accents, island themed furnishings (including a queen size sleeper sofa), and two stories of gorgeous windows gazing out to sea. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils and has a casual dining bar for four. The adjoining dining area has a lovely glass table seating eight and captures amazing ocean views. There is also a separate oceanfront bedroom with queen size bed and walk-in closet, plus a full bath and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

On the top floor, there are three additional bedrooms. The master bedroom is oceanfront with a king size bed and TV armoire and patio doors to the top balcony facing the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. It also has a large private master bath with double sinks, garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower and water closet, and an enormous walk-in closet. On the other side of the top floor, there is a queen size oceanfront bedroom with patio doors opening onto the top balcony, and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Also on the top floor is a separate full bath and second living area overlooking the main floor's great room with amazing two story ocean views. The oceanfront deck below and the top floor balcony both feature fun and bright Adirondack style deck chairs for you to relax and take in the breathtaking oceanside experience. Our home also features a private gated walkway to the beach with a separate deck seating area even closer to the surf, as well as an outside shower to clean off sand. A large driveway in front of the home allows parking for up to 4-5 standard size vehicles. Our home is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Small family groups (up to 8 guests) are encouraged and preferred, but our home will readily accommodate a larger family (up to 12 guests). Please, no college, reunion or wedding groups at our home. Kure Beach is a wonderful beach to spend your family vacation. The beaches are clean and uncrowded. Located in an all-residential area, our home has a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere, and it's within close walking distance to the famous Kure Beach Fishing Pier.
