Beautifully furnished and decorated, this is truly a vacation home for the discriminating family looking for a special place to make memories together. As you enter the main floor, you are greeted by a majestic foyer and magnificent ocean views everywhere you turn. The main floor has an open floor plan with a two story great room, dining area and full kitchen. The great room has a 60 inch projection television with DVD, built-in cabinetry, marble accents, island themed furnishings, and two stories of gorgeous windows gazing out to sea. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bake ware, appliances, dishes and utensils. The adjoining dining area accommodates twelve and captures amazing ocean views. There is also a large oceanfront master bedroom with queen size bed and walk-in closet, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
On the top floor, there are three additional bedrooms. The enormous oceanfront master is a king size suite with 40 inch TV/DVD armoire and patio doors to the top balcony facing the beautiful Atlantic. There is also a spacious queen size oceanfront bedroom with patio doors opening onto the top balcony, and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Also on this floor is a second living area overlooking the main floor's great room with amazing two story ocean views. Sleeping Accommodations: 1. Deluxe King Suite 20' x 13' plus Master Bath with Garden Tub, Shower Enclosure, Water Closet, Double Vanity; Enormous Walk-in Closet and Oceanfront Balcony 2. Queen Bedroom 17' x 13' with Oceanfront Balcony 3. Downstairs Queen Bedroom 16' x 12' plus Separate Bath; Walk-in Closet and Private Entrance to Oceanfront Deck 4. Double Bunk Bed Room (sleeps 4, sturdy enough for adults) 5. 2 Additional sleepers-Queen
The oceanfront deck below and the top floor balcony both feature fun and bright Adirondack style chairs and tables for you to relax and take in the breathtaking ocean side experience. Our home also features a private gated walkway to the beach with a separate deck seating area even closer to the surf, plus a new private outdoor bath house with hot/cold water and dressing area to clean off sand and get dressed, as well as a new outdoor grilling and picnic dining area. Beach chairs provided. A large driveway allows parking for 4-5 standard size vehicles. Our house is a non-smoking home and pets are not allowed. Small family groups are encouraged. The beaches at family-friendly Kure Beach are clean, life guarded during the summer, and uncrowded. Located in an all-residential area, our home has a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere, and it's within close walking distance to the famous Kure Beach Fishing Pier.
