This newly renovated cape style home in family neighborhood has a short walk to ocean access for water sports. 3/4 miles to public boat launch and Two miles to beach with side walked roads all the way. Just off route 28 it's an easy short walk to restaurant, pizzeria, and shops. Easy on to Cape bike route. 6 foot high fenced in back yard with level grassed land. It comfortably sleeps 8-9 occupants. Fully kitchen. Just bring your linens and food and it's your home! You'll love it.

Falmouth is a quaint town with true Cape Cod charm. The town center provides centuries old homes and churches within a nice stroll of Main Street lined with great restaurants and boutiques and night life. There are several beaches, each with their own unique personal touch. East Falmouth, where this rental is located, is a family area with quiet streets lined with sidewalks that allow the vacationer the ability of strolling to beaches, ice cream, church, pizza and restaurants. Bring a bike and your sneakers and enjoy!. Our home is in a quiet cluster of streets. Our short street ends in the 'Eel Pond' ocean tributary. The boater and /or water enthusiast can put in their watercraft and enjoy a day of fun with out fighting the crowds on the public boat ramps. Summer traffic can be avoided by traveling the 'beach' roads. Left out of our road on to Route 28 a very short distance to take a Left on to Central Ave to Menahaut Beach and the beach road thru Falmouth to Woods hole

  • Roomy bathrooms, full on first floor and 1/2 on second floor. Private back yard shower that basks in sun during the afternoon. Please use the outdoor shower as often as possible. It's a great experience. It's relaxing and it will save our septic system. Thanks!

New decor and skylight.

Notes: Backyard picnic table with benches and yard chairs present. Smokers please only smoke outside. 2 family rooms one with a flat panel TV (viewable from kitchen and part of second living area. Dinner wear for 8. Pots and pans and serving dishes present. We have both a gas grill and charcoal grill. Window unit air conditioners present.

Provided items:: Provided items are listed prior. You must bring linens for the beds, towels etc. You must bring all cooking food items including oils, spices and sauces. There is a pot that will cook 2 lobsters and another that will cook 6 or so. The stove and oven are gas.

Air conditioner: We have scheduled central air installation but are unsure if it will be in for your rental time. window units will be installed otherwise.

Check in and check out: You will be contacted as to where to find the key just before you arrive. Check in is at 2pm on the Saturday of your rental. Check out is by 10am of the Saturday of your departure. Due to cleaning and gardening time needed these times are firm. We appreciate you gentle use of the home and expect you contact us with any concerns during the week (ie: leaks, broken items, etc) so we can have them repaired timely to allow your continued enjoyment of the property and to keep our home functioning and secure. Thanks

Golf: Falmouth is home to two great golfing areas. FIrst is Ballymead on Route 51 and the other is The Falmouth Country club. Located a short distance from out home. Falmouth is open to the public and has pro/lessons.

Other Activities: water access for jetskis, kayaking, canoeing, boating (you must provide)
