Things to bring or buy......: Please remember to buy toiletries, as they are not included. There is a small market right at the entrance of the Ocean Park area ( about 1 block away-walking distance from the apt.) where you can buy groceries,toilet paper,dishwashing liquid, paper towel, soaps,shampoos,etc. There is also a Walgreens at walking distance, (about 3 blocks away) and a couple of regular grocery shops also close by, besides a laundromat at the entrance of the neighborhood( about 1 block away) Remember your bathing suits, sunblock or sun-tanning lotions !!!! plus comfortable shoes and casual clothing. You might want to 'throw in' a couple of a bit dressier attires-for nicer dining restaurants, casinos and hotels.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: If cancelling .... A) 15 days-including arrival date or less - no refund is available - NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE. B) 16-30 days prior to arrival- 40% will be refunded C) 31-45 days prior to arrival- 60% will be refunded D) 46-60 days prior to arrival- 80% will be refunded e) 61 days or over- 100% or full refund The above refunds or charges are in regards to the rental fee. *****Tax (7%), deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded 100%. ***** Credit card service charge (4% of rental fee) will NOT be refunded. NO REFUND is available for incomplete reservation or early termination of contract.
Reservations: Please keep in mind that the apt. is on the second floor-WALK-UP ( comfortable wide stairs -but no access for wheel chairs- if needed-please inquire about other apts-ground floor-studio ) Reservation of apartment is confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit of rental fee. The total balance is due 30 days before arrival date. Check in time : 10:00 a.m. Check out time: 3:00 p.m. Check in and check out times can be negotiable depending on arrival of next guests, if possible, we will gladly work around your scheduled departures and or arrival hours.Please inquire if necessary. *** minimum of 50% security deposit of rental fee is required up to $ 550 max.
