For weekend rentals a 3 day minimum is required: the property will rent only by the week during the summer season starting in June. the rate is $1750 for seven nights sat aft thru sat morn of the following week. a contract will be forwarded to you after responding to this site. please allow enough time to reserve the property and exchange paperwork.
Most weekend rentals are Friday, Saturday & Sunday: if you prefer to stay Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night s the cost is $900.00 as long as you are out by 10:00 am on Sunday
contract: Send your request and i will call with details,. if we agree i will forward a contract which you must sign and return with a deposit. it takes about a week to complete this process. the contract covers the usual concerns.
