This lovely Alpine Chalet nestled in Kachina, 7 miles from Flagstaff, is comfortable and inviting. High beamed ceilings and knotty pine walls welcome you into this 1200 SF accommodating retreat. 2 roomy bedrooms, with there own baths and outdoor deck offer privacy and relaxation. Comfy down pillows and comforters welcome you. Unwind beside the crackling wood burning stove. Our kitchen is fully equipped, and the antique table will seat 6. This cabin sits at the end of a cul-de-sac tucked into the pines with a seasonal stream running across the back of the property. The grounds are a gorgeous 1/2 acre with 30+ pine trees. Tulips, lilac bushes and flowers galore bloom in spring and summer. You'll enjoy feeding the blue jays and squirrels from the deck. Winter months offer sledding right here in the neighborhood, just blocks from the home, or drive to the Snowbowl for skiing and snowboarding. There's a hiking trail just a short walk from the front door. Visit Flagstaff! You'll love it!

- There are 2 baths, one off each bedroom. They are clean and bright with newer fixtures. Bath 1 has a combo tub/shower. Bath 2 has a large soaking tub. Both baths have knotty pine walls, typical of the cabin.

- Both Bedrooms are Comfortable and Inviting. You'll enjoy the Down Pillows and Comforters as you relax and unwind in the winter months. Summer bedding is changed out to light and airy cotton. (both beds are new.) Each bedroom has a private bath and it's own outdoor deck. The master has a sitting area as well as a small study desk. The Chalet sleeps 4 adults comfortably. If you have small children, we've supplied 2 fold out twin size mattresses for them to bunk on. This expands the sleeping arrangements to 4 adults and 2 children.

Notes:
Children are always welcome at the Chalet! This is a great environment to introduce children to hiking, skiing, and all outdoor sports. Spring time offers a wonderful garden atmosphere for both young and old. Please keep in mind, in winter months ice may be present on decks, steps and porches. The driveway is steep and may be a challenge to elderly in winter months. However, we've had visitors vacation with elderly parents express they found the Chalet quite refreshing and enjoyable.
