No required CLEANING FEE if the house requires only 'normal cleaning' and is left in the condition it was upon arrival except: $15 if BBQ is used; $10 per bed for linens from 3rd and 4th bed.
NORMAL CLEANING includes showers, toilets, sinks, tubs, floors, one towel per person on contract, and sheets for two beds. There is a Departure Checklist in the home to assist with departures.

Full refund minus $100 if cancelled with shorter notice if property is re-rented. If the property does not re-rent, the security deposit only will be returned.
