This spacious two-story ocean view home is your home away from home! It is across the street from the beach on a quiet, safe cul de sac, with beach access within a five minute walk. Lots of windows and sliding glass doors make for incredible sunlight during the day and wonderful breezes off the ocean. There are 2 large wrap-around decks upstairs and down.
Large upstairs includes a living room with sofa, love seat, convertible full size futon, ceiling fan, fireplace and wet bar with fridge and icemaker, large dining area and adjacent eat-in kitchen counter with bar stools for up to 14. Direct TV with Tivo VCR/DVD player in living room and in downstairs gameroom and TV/VCR combo in master bedroom, are upstairs. Also, full size washer and dryer, large refrigerator with ice maker, built in microwave, garbage disposal and other appliances, are readily available for your use. Downstairs has a 2 car garage, mud room, gameroom with Direct TV, pool table and darts, and 3 bedrooms.
