- RESERVATIONS/PAYMENTS – 50% of rent + 45 administration fee due within two weeks of making reservation. The balance payment of your rent will be due 14 days prior to your check-in date and may be paid by personal check, certified check or money order. All payments must be in U.S. Funds. ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED AT CHECK-IN. A $25.00 Service Charge on any returned check will be added to your balance.
