Payment details/security deposit: Full rental amount to be paid in advance to secure property rental and is non-refundable. Preferred method of payment is PayPal. Personal checks accepted but reservation will not be secured until check clears. A refundable damage security deposit is required per period of $250.00. If other payment arrangements need to be made, please contact us. Check in time is 11:00am or after. Check out time is by 4:00pm.
