The bedrooms are all unique with 100% cotton sheets, lots of pillows, and either down comforters or bright quilts. Each bedroom features a private bath with his-and-her sinks and ceramic-tile baths or showers. The master suite features a king-size bed, jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and private porch for viewing the gulf. All the bedrooms feature customized walk-in closets. The kids bunk room is sure to please with two sets of built-in bunks.
The living room and dining room are perfect for entertaining with a heart-pine dining table with chairs for eight. The living room features a cozy fireplace and built-in bookshelves with a surround-sound stereo with CD and DVD. Speakers are located in the kitchen, living room, dining room, porches, and patio. The gourmet kitchen features the latest stainless appliances and an island for casual dining. This area opens to an additional 650 square feet of covered/shuttered porch complete with wicker, Adirondack, and rocking chairs. A teak outdoor dining table completes the porch!
Sit back and relax while viewing the beautiful gulf coast... or relax on the covered patio approximately (650 square feet) downstairs while viewing the private pool (approximately 14-feet x 26-feet) complete with comfortable outdoor lounge chairs. Do not forget to enjoy the private outdoor shower after a long day at the beach!!! There is also a large stainless gas grill for those special summer meals. This is truly a home to be remembered...
