In order to hold your reservation at Mae's Place, we ask for a $500 deposit (or just under 30% of your rental in peak season). Should you need to - GASP! - cancel, the amount refunded will be based upon the time remaining from the day you cancel until your check-in day (and therefore the time we have to re-rent.)
4 weeks or more to check-in day $500 refunded
Between 3 and 4 weeks to check-in day $450 refunded
Between 2 and 3 weeks to check-in day $250 refunded
Less than two weeks to check-in day $0 refunded
We feel this sliding scale is a fair balance between the realities of vacation planning and the realities of the short PEI vacation rental season.
