- Deposits: 50% of rental fee with the signing of the contract to hold the reservation. Balance due 60 days before the start of rental during the high season (June-Sept) and thrity days before start of rental low season. Security due first day of rental.
- Cancellation Policy: We have a stringent cancellation policy because we only have one beach house to rent. We hope that you understand our business position. Should you make a reservation, then fail to utilize this, we will do our best to re-rent the house. However, we reserve the right to retain all funds received, other than security deposit, unless the house is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If re-rented, we retain only a $150.00 administrative fee.
