Walk to grocery stores, drug stores, amazing restaurants, art galleries, movie theaters, live theater and shops. Walk to tennis courts and community pool. Our home sits on a very private lot - a virtual tree house with large backyard.
We are also near the Laguna Beach shuttle bus route. Enjoy live theater, the Pageant of the Masters, first Thursday night Art Walk and summer art festivals.
We are located between Los Angeles and San Diego - drive approximately one hour to the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Hollywood and Universal Studios. We are only 25 minutes from Disneyland and 1.5 hour ferry ride to Catalina Island.
