Full Description:: WOW! This is a great beach cottage with an Ocean View, a beautiful backyard pond, overlooks the National Sea Shore Wildlife Refuge and easy beach access all in one. Each Bedroom has a Flat screen TV’s and a ceiling fan. The living room is equipped with High Definition Flat Screen TV, Directv HD receiver, DVD and CD player with surround sound. There are all new floor coverings throughout, new appliances in the fully furnished kitchen. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the pond and wildlife refuge, experience the Outer Banks breeze while relaxing in the hammock, unwind on the beach or in the hot tub and perhaps view Outer Banks wildlife (heron, egrets, birds of all types, turtles, fox, deer, and more) in 'your yard.'

Floor Plan: Lower Level has parking for up to 4 cars. The enclosed outside shower has hot & cold running water. There is also a 6 person hot tub, a gas grill, clothes line, a hammock, and chairs and outback is a fish cleaning station. Storage Area has beach equipment (beach chairs & toys) and the washer & dryer. Top Level: has 4 bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 bathroom on each side of the cottage) with a full kitchen, living room, and dining room in the center and a full front deck with table and chairs to sit and lookout at the ocean.
