***2009 RATES ARE $1,500 PER WEEK*** - A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance/taxes (9% VT state tax) along with a refundable security deposit is due by May 15th. I don't have a hard and fast cancellation policy but after May 15th, refund would be contingent upon me re-renting your time period. There is no cancellation fee and if I'm able to re-rent, I'll refund you in full.
