More details: Our unit was completely remodeled in 2007 with new carpet, granite countertops, bedding and window treatments with a Mediterranean decor. This unit is not direct oceanfront, but has a view as nice as oceanfront. Just lounge on the large balcony and take in the beautiful view of the ocean and coastline. This unit has convenient access - park on the 5th floor of the parking garage and go directly to the unit without ever using an elevator. This is a great asset for the elderly or handicapped. There is a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. coffee maker and all utensils and cookware you will need. All linens and towels will be provided for you. We have added many little extras to our unit for our renters to use, such as beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, videos and games. There is also a 37' flat panel high definition tv for you to watch those videos on. No need to wait in long lines to check-in when staying with us, just arrive and start your vacation!
More details (con't.): On site, you will find indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzis, large splash station kiddie pool, 2 lazy rivers, fitness room, mini mart, arcade, laundry room and ice cream shop. The indoor pool is located on the 7th floor overlooking ocean boulevard and on the oceanfront side of the 7th floor is a veranda with chairs and hammocks for relaxing in. For entertainment, there is Marco Polo Grill & Bar located by the outdoor pool that has live music during the summer months. There is also Liquids Martini and Coffee bar and Santa Maria restaurant. Come visit our beautiful beach and see for yourself why we love it! THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT!!
