Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Reservations made for June 2010 through December 2010 before March 1st receive 5% discount on rent.
- Deposits: Your deposit of 1/2 total rent plus $400 security deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. This deposit can be made with a personal check, bank check, or money order (US Funds Only). The deposit must be received within 7 days of making the reservation. The 2nd half of rent plus 7% lodging tax will be due one month before arrival date.
If renter chooses to pay the entire Rent amount plus the security deposit by May 30, 2009 the owner will pick up the cost of the 7% lodging tax . This will be a savings of up to $182.00 for the renter. - $400 refundable security deposit required and a 7% Maine state lodging tax, not included in rent.

Supplies: Bath & beach towels and clean linen is provided. Consumables are not provided however a minimal amount may be available to get you started (i.e. toilet paper, laundry soap, hand soap, condiments). If you would like the house cleaned during your stay, I can provide you with a number of a cleaning service, at your expense.
