Villa Verve was designed and completed in 2007. The inspiration came from resorts, spas, hotels, and art galleries from around the world. The 7,000 sq ft Villa is set on 3 acres, behind private guard gates in a community that offers an equestrian center, tennis courts, trails, parks, and again, privacy. The master suite spa is done in carrera marble, with a dry sauna room, steam room, jacuzzi, massage table, view of the San Fernando Valley and the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Two other bedrooms have jet tubs as well. The theater has an HD projector, blue ray DVD player, Dish TV and surround sound system. The DVD library hold over 300 choices. Outdoors, there is the loggia designed as a Tuscan kitchen with farm table and pizza oven. Private cook, massage, barrister, housekeeper are all reasonably available.
