This Westlake Gated Community home, backed up to a nature preserve, is located in a low traffic neighborhood. It has a 7 ft deep pool and a 8 ft diameter hot tub, and waterfall, great for parties. It is a well maintained, spacious two story home with all the amenities. It is 5 min from downtown Sacramento and Airport.
For summertime you are 5 min from a landing dock with access to the Sacramento and American River. The driveway is big enough for a boat over night. For wintertime the slopes of Northstar and the shores of Tahoe are a scenic 1 1/2 hour drive away. For year round entertainment, Wine Tasting in the famous Napa Valley is a 45 min limo tour drive away. For the Golfer at heart, there are up to 15 different Golf Courses with in a 25 min drive. I've played most of them. It is a family style home that is easy to get adjusted and feel comfortable in. There is a tiled balcony off the master sweet over looking the pool and nature preserve. There is a 65 in tv, stereo, dvd.

This gated community 3600 sq ft house is located 5 min from the Sacramento and American River, 5 min from Downtown Sacramento, and 2 min from all the popular eating amenities from fast food to high end dining. Wine tasting is a 40 min drive to the famous Napa Valley. The slopes of North Star are 1 hour and a half. There are two Super Outlet malls about a half hour away, with Nike, Off 5th Ave, Coach, Bebe, Burberry, Nine West, Samsonite, Bose, Adidas, Bass, and many more.

3 - You need to have renters ins. policy that comes with home owners ins. in case of things being destroyed. - Full rental payment must be received 45 days in advance of the first day of rental date.

If necessary. there are inflatable queen size air mattresses. possible 15 people.

This is a family, fun environment for large and small groups of people. This house is a place you can stay comfortably and have an all day pool party. But for other entertainment you will be needing a car. The boat access to the Sacramento River is 3 miles away. Downtown Sac is a 5 min drive. Grocery stores and restaurants are only 3-5 min away. Movie theater, golf courses, and all the night life entertainment that California's state capital has to offer are also a 5-10 min drive.
