Rocky Point is located just 30 miles south of Lukeville/Sonoyta border in Arizona. It is a 212 mile drive from Phoenix or Tucson (approx. 3-1/2 to 4 hours). The International airport is currently under construction and will be finished by June 2009. Our condo, Diamante 407, is located in Phase I. There is NO construction noise here. All construction is complete. Enjoy 100% Luxury hotel services. Also, the best stretch of beach (rock free) is located in front of our building (Diamante). Unobstructed and sandy beach for your enjoyment.
