You will be required to execute a short term lease agreement. The standard nightly or weekly rate for the respective season will apply - see rates below. Weekly rate is for 7 days and 6 nights. Additional nights will be at the standard daily rate. Additional charges, include local taxes, key deposit and cleaning fee. The key deposit will be refunded once the keys have been returned.
Once the lease agreement is signed and returned to the Lessor, you will receive an invoice for 50 percent of the nightly/weekly rate plus hotel taxes, the key deposit and cleaning fee.
The balance will be due within 30 days of the reservation date.
All payments will be made through Paypal. (Paypal accepts most major credit cards.)
We have had several requests for each week and weekend. In order to ensure your reservation, you will need to execute your contract and pay your deposit as soon as possible.
Reservations will not be honored until first payment is received via Paypal. -
We reserve the right to double book the Condo until payment is received. First Come First Serve.
The keys will be sent to you via DHL Express one week before your stay. You will receive an information package giving directions to the Condo, including the unit number.
Check-in time is after 3pm on your first day. Check-out time will be 11am on your last day. Variance in check-in/out times require that special arrangements be made in writing prior to your stay.
An Optional Unit is available in the same complex, pictures are not available at this time. It is a very comfortable condo. The size and floor plan are exactly the same. The Optional unit is not updated and contains older furniture, carpet and finish work. This unit is available to accommodate larger groups.
Applicable State and local Taxes of 5.75% are required in addition to Rental Fee.
$100 Nonrefundable cleaning fee and $100 Refundable Key Deposit.
All Payments are made through Paypal.
