Hot Tub: Note That Water Is Totally Drained and refilled, hot tub cleaned and chemicals added between each guest. Note : mountain road: The property is at 4900 ft elevations. The road is 1.3 miles which is hard dirt gravel bumpy road. There is a guardrail on initial 0.3 miles. The road is steep for approx 0.5 miles. Would recommend all wheel drive for inclement weather. I drove my Camry ( front wheel drive) for first 4 years we owned home. But now with 4 wheel drive for snow/ ice.

Mountain road: The house is at 4900 ft elevation. The road is a 1.3 mile hard dirt/gravel road. The initial 0.3 miles has guard rail. The road is steep for approx 0.4 miles of 1.3 miles. Would recommend all wheel vehicle for inclement weather. I drove my Camry ( front wheel drive) for first 5 years we owned house. But now use 4 wheel in case of snow and ice.
entertainment: New 32' HDTV for 2009 season. New updated DVD's every year. Wireless internet to bring laptop and rock your cares away on back porch w/ great views while searching the internet.
