There are three telephones in the unit, one with an answering machine. Each bedroom has a clock radio with CD player, TV with DVD and VCR. The master bedroom has a computer desk with a magnificent view. Connected is a walk-in closet, a large vanity area, and a separate bathroom with jetted tub and a separate glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom also has an attached vanity area and bathroom as well as TV and VCR. Adjacent to the large open living and dining area is a mirrored wet bar. As expected in a luxury unit, appropriate art work and accessories are well-displayed. Ceilings are high with crown molding throughout. Several rooms have expertly faux-painted walls. Full-sized washer and dryer are in the separate laundry room. A half-bath is located off the entrance hall.

The building has 2 elevators, a well-furnished lounge area, an exercise room with state-of-the art equipment and sauna. The indoor and outdoor pools are surrounded with abundant deck space.
