Notes: There is a floor plan available to review on the web site for the home. Most guests comment that the home is much larger than they expected and are pleased with the configuration and comfort. There is a large open floor plan on the first floor with a full view of the ocean. It is a combined family room and dining room that is also open to the kitchen. A front parlor provides a separate living area, so there is much living space.

Guests decide to do different things. The home is great to get away from it all and unwind and enjoy the home and village. Enjoy nesting at the home and having quiet dinners. Others use the home for the many day trips one can plan, including dinners at nearby fine restaurants. Families also enjoy the home, particularly the beach. The water is shallow for a long ways out, making the water warmer, and the sandy bottom also warms the water, too. The difference between high and low tide is about one-half mile. The beach is also private, with no public access. It is an ideal spot for guests wanting different things on their vacation.
