Villa Discription: Our beautifully furnished four double bedrooms Villa is fully airconditioned. All rooms have ceiling fans and most overlook the pool area but the others look onto the garden. The very large master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with tub, double wash basins, large walk-in shower and separate water closet. There is another bathroom with water closet and walk-in shower that can be accessed from the pool deck. The beautifully furnished family room has an entertainment cabinet with cable TV, video, DVD player, CD music centre. A selection of 40+ videos, book library and children's games are available. We have a separate formal lounge and a formal dining room . The display cabinet has a dinner service and cut glassware. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, large cooker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric juicer, and lots more. There is a breakfast bar and Nook. The separate laundry has a washer and dryer
The Pool with 50'Lapswim: Our large secluded pool area is located in the rear of the property and seclusion is achieved through hedging, fence and tropical planting. Our Private Secluded Pool is 15foot x 30 Foot - extends to 50 foot on one side for a Lapswim. It is heated free of charge by 8 large solar panels and we offer optional electric pool heating for a small extra cost. There is a large covered lanai with table and chairs for outdoor dining- whatever the weather and large deck with cushioned recliners, stools and loungers and pool-side tables. The garden has orange, lemon and grapefruit trees which guests are welcome to pick when ripe. The fresh orange and grapefruit juice is wonderful.
The double garage has table tennis and equipment - darts, skateboard and bike, pool inflatables, etc. The villa has a house alarm, safe, security lighting and smoke alarms. Local phone calls are free. We have just added a wireless Internet connection All bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided.
