This property known as 'Cripple Creek Mountain Ranch' is centrally located between the Paso Robles, Atascadero and Templeton wineries and only 30 minutes away from the wonderful wineries surrounding San Luis Obispo. On almost any given weekend one can find activities such as wine tastings and festivals, biking events, rodeos, and the famous Mid-State Fair. The main house is great for a large group boasting a comfortable 3,500 sf (4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath). The downstairs is finished in the traditional Craftsman style with beautiful 6' baseboards, lovely door and window casings. This property is ideal for large gatherings and/or family reunions or if you are looking for a private romantic get-away, the country cottage is the perfect answer.
