Walk only 100 yards to your own dock and slip, swimming steps, and swimming deck. The property offers a large fenced backyard for children to play, a second floor deck with a partial water view, and a first floor patio with gas grill. The house has all the amenities - CENTRAL AIR, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, TVs in both the primary and secondary living rooms, and in the master bedroom. Sleeping accommodations include 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and one bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. Additionally, the second living room has a queen futon. The property is just minutes away from golf, outlet shopping, antique shopping, Gunstock Mountain, white mountains, Weirs Beach, Nascar racing track, and Laconia bike week.
