The Villa boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the beautiful surrounding towns and mountain regions of the 'Ciocciaria'. Of this Villa approximately 3000 square feet have been renovated, luxuriously appointed and available for those looking to enjoy an Italian holiday that transports you back to a charming Italian village of ancient Italy. Located on the property is an old 'frantoio' built in the 1600's and is where the towns olive oil was processed and produced. The Villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths a fabulous outdoor terrazzo and is accessible via the A1A Roma-Napoli autostrada. During the holidays Christmas for the 'Presepio' and Easter for the Crucification and Resurrection, the town and townspeople transform themselves in ancient costumes and preform live traditions as they once were held and celebrated in the past. Castro dei Volsci which dates back to the 1100's is located approximately 90km SE of Rome. This Lazio region town is located in the heart of the 'Ciociaria' and stands 1263 feet high about 14km SE of the Province of Frosinone. The home built in 1797 boasts endless panorama beauty. The inhabited area on the southern slope of the hill still maintains intact with arches, towers, and bare stone walls giving it the appearance of a medieval hamlet built close around the fortress. Upon entering the hilltop village, one has the impression that here time stands still. Little houses of grey stone close together lend support to and take warmth from one another. There are narrow winding streets of stone which lead to a small piazza with its staircase, fountain, and two local bars where the townspeople gather daily to reminisce and share new stories. When placed in the square's center one can just sit and marvel over the tranquility and breathe the natural atmosphere of an ancient Italian village.
