Sorry, no smoking in our condo unit. No Pets or Animals of any species allowed on premises. Any fraudulent reservations will be immediately canceled without refund and guests evicted. - To confirm a reservation: $500 of rental rate down to confirm, remainder rental rate+fees+tax and $500 security damage deposit due 60 days prior to arrival. Agent accepts personal checks or official bank checks for payment. Add $100 non-refundable administrative fee to initial payment if credit card or debit card used. Once confirmed, weekly reservation has no cancellation within 60 days of arrival date. If cancellation occurs before 60 days prior to arrival date guests pay a cancellation fee of $75 or the administrative processing cost of refunding deposit-whichever higher, which will be subtracted from their rental payment prior to return. Multi-week and monthly reservations have a 120 day prior to arrival cancellation policy which is detailed prior to reservation confirmation.
Late Notice Availability discount of up to 10% off standard rate may be advertised within 10 days of arrival during off peak seasons.
