25% deposit due at booking, 25% payment due one month prior, 50% due one day before check-in. Deposits and payments made are not refundable upon cancellation. Please consider trip insurance if you are concerned about unanticipated problems.
One week stays are considered 6 nights, 7 days. When considering days in addition to your weekly rental, Friday and Saturday nights are deemed weekend nights. Sunday through Thursday nights are deemed weeknights. Rentals for multiple months are discounted 5%. Rates are subject to change without notice but any proposals given will be honored for 30 days. Add 10% holiday surcharge for the weeks of Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving. - Payment can be made by personal check, cashier's check or credit card. Personal checks must clear in advance of due date. If your check is returned because of insufficient funds, your credit card will be charged for the amount due plus an additional $35 fee.
