The $300 security deposit will be refunded after your departure, upon completion of satisfactory inspection (Refunds are sent to your home 10 days after your departure). Cancellations are possible if written notice is received by e-mail 90 days prior to the reserved date. If we are able to rent the time, you will be refunded your money minus any expenses incurred. Otherwise there will be no refund, but we will honour your deposit during 1 year for you to re-book. Cancellation within 90 days or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance.
