Interior Description: Open concept layout with master and living room fireplaces, raised kitchen and lots of light. Tavern style bar provides great place for kids to eat and separates kitchen from breakfast eating nook. Living room, dining area and decks afford many enjoyable eating and relaxing spaces. Enjoy your coffee on the lower master deck in the morning sunshine. Kitchen includes, dishwasher, high end gas range with two ovens, microwave, trash compactor and refrigerator with ice maker. Water is very high quality filtered well water. Parking for 2-3 vehicles plus garage.
Golf: Chequessett Yacht & Country Club is less than a mile away. Spectacular 9/18 hole executive golf course with views of Wellfleet Harbor and Herring River Estuary. Course is part of the largest marsh/estuary recovery project in the United States. Golf course offers, carts, clubs and full service restaurant and pro shop. Tennis and sailing are also available.
