Upon Your Arrival: Top Notch is managed by property management company, Sunshine Villas Limited located close to the Villa in Ironshore Subdivision. The friendly staff is always available to answer your questions and see that your stay is wonderful. The trip to and from the Airport is complimentary. Our driver, Barry and guide, Joel will meet you at the Airport. Look for one of them to be holding a sign with your name on it. The ride to the Villa is ten minutes. Working at the Villa are Ms. Olive, the cook and John, the caretaker of Top Notch. Ms. Olive arrives at 7:45 a.m. and usually departs around 6:00 p.m. She is available to babysit for an extra charge. John resides on the premises in his own apartment located under the Villa. You will see his friendly smile keeping the grounds beautiful and the pool crystal clear! Recommended tip for the house staff is 15 to 20 percent of your villa cost. Please remember to also tip your driver, Barry.

Meals: Food and beverage costs are not included in the Villa price. You have the option of selecting your meals from a detailed menu or you may want to shop for your own food. You have the option of having Ms. Olive shop for you or shop with you. You can also select an all inclusive plan through Sunshine Villas. Upon confirming your reservation, I will send you a detailed list menu suggestions. Don't be afraid to have Ms. Olive cook some authentic Jamaican food! She is a fantastic cook! Items you must try are her Plantain Porridge or her Ackee and Salt Fish with Johnny cakes for breakfast, her Tuna Pasta Salad for lunch is amazing. For dinner, her Chicken or Conch Curry with baked Cho-Cho and Callaloo is divine! Of course, there are also plenty of restaurants close by. Be sure to try Scotchies for authentic Jamaican open pit cooking or for something more fancy try the Native or Margeaux's in downtown Montego Bay.

Seeing the Sites: Through Sunshine Villas Limited you can book exciting tours. There is lots of culture and historical sites to visit close by. You must not miss a visit to the Rose Hall Great House to learn about the White Witch! On a trip to visit the Appleton Rum Factory, Barry will stop along the way for some fried fish and other freshly cooked delights along the roadside. You can also schedule trips to visit the beautiful Doctor's Cave Beach or to go sailing, snorkeling or scuba diving. Of course, there is plenty of shopping close by as well.
