Closest 3 Bedroom to The Beach!: This ninth floor luxury condo is the closest 3 bedroom condo to the beach in the fully completed Phase I of Las Palomas Project. It is tastefully decorated by the owner to give you a comfortable & cozy feel that does not detract from the beautiful beach views. A little bit of the exotic & a hint of the tropical adds to the flavor of Mexico.
No fighting!: Furnished with all the necessities of home, this 3 bedroom with 2 full baths is set to sleep 8. A new comfy love seat & sleeper sofa was added plus a cushy rocker/recliner (the guys will be fighting over). There is a very plush & comfortable king size bed, 32' LCD/TV w/DVD player in each bedroom and in the living room. Two of the bedrooms are located in the front, so each couple has a beachfront view, so no fighting over the view! The 3rd bedroom is very spacious and has ocean view (pictures) but equally as pleasant & comfortable. If you prefer to cook in a few meals for yourself, our kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, cookware, glassware, dishware, utensils, flatware, all full size appliances & small appliances. Linen & towel service is included. You can treat yourself to Room Service or enjoy the first class resort quality restaurants for fine dining or the casual bar & grill on premises at the beach.
Golf: Attention Golfers: Las Palomas has The Links Golf Course with 19 holes designed by Forrest Richardson. This condo includes the use of our platinum membership which allows guests to pre-book tee times 14 days in advance.
Guest Book: Darryl, Wanted to thank you for the best month ever....Needless to say it was really wonderful. Not too many people now. The weather was great for us from Colo. They did have a wonderful heated pool in the next complex. They did heat the pool in this complex the first of Feb. Wanted to Thank you for the great rate. It made it so we could spend a month and we all appreciate it. If you have a slow month, let us know. The Unit was very comfortable, Thanking You Joyce Kohls Hi Darryl!! Just wanted you to know that we had a GREAT trip and your condo is beautiful!! Everything was perfect!! We can't wait to go back! Amy Nielsen
