1st Floor: The 1st floor includes the great room which features a designer kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen is perfect for both casual and formal dining. The living room features a fireplace and a plasma TV. Also on this level is a bedroom and bathroom, which is ideal for those who can't climb stairs or for added privacy. There are also 2 patios on this level. The 2 car garage is attached and you can enter through the kitchen. A laundry room with washer and dryer are also on this level.
2nd Floor: On the 2nd floor you will find 2 luxury master suites with king beds in each and a 3rd bedroom with 2 extra long twin beds. The master bathroom includes dual sinks, a Jacuzzi tub as well as a separate shower. The other master and 3rd bedroom share a bathroom, but have their own vanities and sinks. The 3rd floor is a large loft with peak ocean views. This area includes a comfortable sitting area just for relaxing or a place for the whole family to play games. With our extra Aero mattresses you can turn this room into an extra bedroom.
