The Sunset Cottage is a luxury three bedroom, two bath single story home of 1450 square feet, right on the shore of Monterey Bay, about 15 miles from the city of Monterey, 20 miles from Carmel or Pebble Beach. It's part of a gated community called Monterey Dunes Colony that includes four tennis courts, a swimming pool heated from Easter through September, a hot tub heated year round, a driving range, putting green basket ball and bocce ball court. Within a 20-mile radius are 20 professional caliber golf course, the Monterey Aquarium, the 17 mile Drive, Carmel shops and art galleries, Cannery Row, Laguna Seca racetrack and the National Steinbeck center. This home is available for rentals of two nights or more, except during the summer, when a five night minimum stay applies. Luxury for six, maximum occupancy seven.
