- In April, May and September you can rent a long weekend at half the weekly rate. There is a Holiday Surcharge of $200 Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Easter, Memorial Day and Labor Day are rented by the WEEK in which they are scheduled. A Gate Pass is required, $50 a week, $30 a long weekend, 15 to 21 days $65 and a month $75. We love long term renters especially in the off-season. Normally we try to give one additional week free when you rent three. But our ears are always open for offers. Let us try to beat someone else's price.
