Cancellations made between 60 to 30 days before scheduled arrival will be refunded their deposit minus a 50% service charge fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will loss 100% of their deposit. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover these potential expenses.
