Also located on the lower level, is the playful and fun-themed “Bunkroom” with a full size bed below and a twin above, and a full bath. The rooms on the main level are open to the cathedral ceilings above, as is the upper loft. The bedroom on the main has a comfy queen bed and the convenience of access to open living areas, bath and kitchen on the same level.

A Plan for Relaxing & Entertaining: The Game room is complete with every amenity, full size Pool Table, fully equipped kitchen & drop-down “chuck wagon” style table & benches for dining or playing games. There’s a comfy seating area centered around the stacked stone/ gas log fireplace, with large flat-screen HD/TV mounted above & DVD/ stereo equipment & speakers built into little niches in the stone. Just outside on the lower patio, there’s a luxurious Hot Tub with towel cart, dry bar & seating with steps leading up to the upper level barbecue/picnic area. Entertaining is a dream come true, with a variety of settings from the porches & decks & Hot Tub, to the open patio/barbecue area off the side of the house with gas grill; perfect for open-pit fireside seating. 'Smores anyone? You & your guests will enjoy the use of the patio all year round, with 3 gas heaters to warm the entire seating area. All along the steps & outdoor seating areas of the decks, patio & porches are little courtesy lights for ambiance & safety.

Area Amusements : Convenient to whitewater rafting and kayaking just over the border in nearby Tennessee or North Carolina as well as unlimited water activities on Lake Nottely in Blairsville or Lake Chatuge in Hiawasse. Other nearby attractions are tubing in Helen, Cabbage Patch Doll Factory in Cleveland and Horsebackriding in Blairsville. You can pan for gems or gold or tour gold mines in historic Dahlonega; Hike the near-by Appalachian Trail, Tour the Vineyards of either of 2 area Wineries, visit scenic Vogel Park, Helton Falls, Ana Ruby Falls and many others, or Brasstown Bald, the highest mountain in Georgia. Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, home of the famous Fall Festival, is located just 20 minutes away.

Guest Book: 'Truly an A+ accommodation. Home is very nicely appointed w/everything a renter could want or need (& I mean Everything). Beds (even the bunk beds that kids made me sleep in on the 1st night), were very comfortable. Decor is filled w/objects/furniture that are great conversational pieces, even some works of art. I can't say enough kind words about the place; it was awesome & the views; breathtaking. Got lots of great photos! Staff was very personable, yet professional.
