- The entire upstairs is the Master bedroom and bath - its very spacious. It has a queen size poster bed and a comfortable queen futon which folds into a couch to become a sitting area. There is also a hanging balcony off the Master bedroom with a nice little outside table for two and great views. One of the two downstairs bedrooms has a queen bed with a single bunk bed above it - great for kids. The other downstairs bedroom has a Sleep number queen bed which allows you to adjust the firmness of each side of the bed. The living room couch also folds out into a queen bed.

Unique Setting: Elk Lodge is a one of a kind place. You can get to Fort Collins, a thriving College town, in about 35 minutes, yet you feel like you are in the wilderness. It has been called 'the closest far-away place from civilization'. The drive up is an adventure in itself - the last 3 plus miles are on mountain dirt road. The whole experience is unique. If you are looking for a 'Mariott' or 'Hilton' vacation - this is not for you. We are off the beaten path and on the road less traveled. Once you are here, the Lodge will pamper you with saunas, hot tub soaks, comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities of home, but it still has that cabin in the wooods feeling.
Phone provided with free long distance: We have high speed internet at the Lodge and are able to provide an internet phone with unlimited long distance calls within the US. This is free of charge.
