Just off Scenic Byway 89 atop a hill on quiet Poplar Beach, you can relax on the deck overlooking beautiful Cayuga Lake. With nine rooms including a full kitchen and at least 5 beds available, this cottage is a great option for a group vacation with family or friends. Take a short walk down by the water or a refreshing swim in the lake. Enjoy spectacular views, warm campfires, backyard barbeques, and the quiet tranquility that you can’t find anywhere else. Located in Romulus, NY, you are in the heart of the Fingerlakes wine country, with at least 10 vineyards within a 15 minute drive, several of which are within walking distance. Take a tour of our growing local Amish community or stop and shop at Thee Amish Market, less than ¼ mi. from your door, the largest market of its kind.

Halfway between “gorges” Ithaca and the Waterloo Outlet mall, you can find great shops and restaurants all around, historical sites in Seneca Falls, a number of state parks both north and south, and so much more, so you will have the option of plenty to do whether rain or shine. Ideal for a week-long stay but equally as suitable for a weekend retreat, this cottage is available April through October (or later, weather permitting) for a minimum of two nights’ stay.
