Cancellations: Reervations canceled 61 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of monies paid minus credit card processing fees. Reservations canceled 31-60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive 1/2 total monies paid (minus credit card processing fee). Reservations canceled less than 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive no refunds; no exceptions.
