We accept Visa, MC, American Express and personal checks. In order to guarantee reservations, a deposit of one-half (1/2) of the total bill is required within 10 days of original reservation date. Full payment is required twenty-one (21) days prior to your stay, including $65 cleaning fee and refundable damage deposit of $200. There is no admittance without full payment in advance. Cancellations: Reservations canceled 61 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of monies paid minus credit card processing fees. Reservations canceled 31-60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive 1/2 total monies paid (minus credit card processing fee). Reservations canceled less than 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive no refunds; no exceptions.
