This tastefully decorated Cape Cod style home features a 1/2 acre private yard and bright dining room leading to a large patio. The patio opens to a private backyard with picnic table, umbrella, lawn furniture, fire pit and gas grill. The house is located 1/2 mile from Campground beach making it ideal for walking to the beach to enjoy swimming and beautiful Cape Cod sunsets. It is also a short drive to ocean beaches, a fresh water lake, restaurants, theaters, bike trail, and Provincetown. The first floor has great room with fireplace, a full applianced kitchen, dining room that seats 6 comfortably with a ceiling fan, updated kitchenware, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each room and one full bath. The second floor has a large loft (kids love it) with 2 twin beds, rocker. There is also an enclosed hot water outdoor shower and a hammock for relaxing.
