The unit's an L-shaped layout with large ocean front balcony - exceptional place to watch space shuttles, dolphins, beautiful sunrises and located in the middle of New Smyrna Beach. The well-landscaped pool area and grounds off the peace and tranquility associated with being directly on the ocean. This fourth floor location is perfect to enjoy the views of the pool area and beach! The kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances and is stocked with all cooking supplies. The living room has a queen pull-out sleeper sofa, TV/DVD radio, cordless phone and a bureau stocked with games. The Master Bedroom is ocean front with a king-size bed, TV, radio, phone and large dresser. The Master bath is large with two granite sinks and shower/tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds with full bath.
