Kids room has bunk beds with a third bed pull out on the bottom. All sheets, bedding, and towels included. Extra bedding and air mattress in closet. Central Air and ceiling fans in every room. Both bathrooms brand new with Italian Tile work. House was rebuilt in 2006 everything is new.
