Cable and phone service as well as, air conditioning. Lawn and riverfront great for fishing, swimming, canoing, and campfires. Large front porch, back deck with grill and screened in porch. Walking distance from hamlet of Callicoon. Located within the Upper Delaware National and Scenic Recreational River corridor, just ten minutes from the newly constructed Bethel Performing Arts Center. A two-hour trip from metro NYC. Great place to relax and unwind for families and sportsmen.
