Casa Linda sleeps 5 adults or 4 adults/2 children maximum (no children under 6 yrs.), has A/C in Bedrooms, requires a $375 USD damage deposit, and it is a non-smoking property. A 3-night minimum stay is required, and normally only rentals of at least 7 nights will be considered for Christmas, for New Year's, and for the two weeks at Easter; other holidays require a minimum stay of three nights. Christmas and New Year's rentals cannot include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve unless the rental is for at least 10 days.

Each bedroom suite includes a bath and walk in shower, with custom sinks, tile and stone surrounds such as onyx in the master bath, high-quality fixtures and hand-crafted shell mirrors. .......... The main interior living area of the house has a two-story ceiling, giving an atmosphere of openness. From the living room you walk out to a covered sitting and dining veranda just steps from the beach.
