Rate information for this Tarpum Bay house rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Daily rate is $1200.00 per night
Rates include up to 8 people (please contact us for smaller group rates) with each additional adult (16 years old and older) $150.00 extra. $100 extra for kids under 16. No charge for children 4 and under.
10% discount on 2nd week (discount taken on the full weekly rate) (discount is limited to 2 weeks)- does not apply for Christmas and New Year’s weeks and discount will be taken on the lower weekly rate should that apply. Contact us for rates for over 2 weeks.
Airport pickup for first guests arriving (up to 8 people, if more then 6 additional transportation will be needed and is not included) - either Governors Harbor or Rock Sound only - Not North Eleuthera airport

50% deposit required on house only
Full payment and $1000.00 refundable security deposit must be received 60 days prior to arrival.
Full refund if written notice is received at least 120 days (4 months) prior to arrival.
50% refund if written notice is received 60-119 days prior to arrival*
No refund if written notice is received 0-59 days prior to arrival*
Full payment and deposit if renting van is due 30 days prior to arrival
*A 100% refund may be granted in the event that we are able to re-rent the house for your cancelled dates. Cancellation fees may also be eligible for use towards a future booking.
