The wash sink is set in the the granite counter-top and Maple cabinets that match the Kitchen. Everything is new and top of the line.

- The Bedroom over looks the ocean, where you can hear the waves all night long. There is a Queen bed with a brand new luxury pillow-top mattress and lots of new fresh soft fluffy pillows. A beautiful pastel all cotton quilt in a soft sea foam green with custom made floral euro decorator pillows. Sheets are soft green and 100% cotton. As a courtesy to our Tenants, we replace our linens and pillows on a regular basis.

Our Cancellation Policy!: Our Cancellation policy is easy. We refund 100% of all Deposits, as long as we receive written notice (emails accepted) forty-five (45) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. The only exception to this is the December Holidays, where we require a sixty (60) day notice.
