Our property and the ocean front: Our property gives you not only ocean view but Ocean access from every room except 2 bed rooms and one living room because there are 8 ft tall and 8 to 12 feet wide 9 high impact sliding glass doors and 23 high impact glass windows directly facing the ocean.Two private walk ways to the beach.The beach in front of our house is rarely crowded and has no rocks.Your group will not feel smothered and over crowded in our property as there is 7500 square feet of living space under air.You have 180 degree ocean view and 215 feet of pure turqois ocean frontage with tiny sandpipers pelicans and other birds plus sea turtles. During the turtle season you can watch the mother turtles lay their eggs in the sand
Golf: Melbourne Beach has very nice public and private golf clubs.
